Clicking the custom button brings up 4 options. Change the video or chat embed URLs using these 4 buttons, and Reset brings both back to default.
Using the Multitwitch button, you can bring the power of http://multitwitch.tv to your viewing experience as well.

What browser? Do you have Google blocked? It loads jQuery from Google and Google Fonts too, try disabling the Adblock and see if it works.
